Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Strategy Development: Create, implement, and monitor social media marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives.
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner while fostering a positive brand image.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights through regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is innovative and relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
